Return Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase if the product is in perfect condition.

If you do not like the product(s) ordered and do not want a replacement, you can exercise your right of withdrawal if the product(s) are in perfect condition.

1. Please notify us of your cancellation by emailing info@squarecoffee.hu or by calling our customer service number.
2. Fill in our cancellation form (this is important because it contains the bank account number to which we will transfer the money back).

3. Pack the product together with its box, so that the box is not damaged and glue is not applied. Do not forget to include the completed withdrawal form and invoice in your package.
4. Now that the parcel is ready, all you have to do is send it to the address on the invoice for £0 postage to your preferred courier or post office.

Once the parcel has been received and checked, we will transfer the amount. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
